April Oliver announced the news via her Facebook page on Sunday, which was also Father's Day.
Mr Mckeague's mother, Nicola Urquhart, also shared an image saying that the little girl, who was born a week ago, was "perfect".
She wrote: "We have finally welcomed this beautiful little lady into the world. She is absolutely perfect. I am so very proud of April for getting her here safely.
"Both mummy and baby are doing well. Thank you so much for all your love and support x x x."
Mr Mckeague, 23, went missing in September following a night out with friends in Bury St Edmunds. He and Ms Oliver had been dating for five months at the time of his disappearance. Two weeks after Corrie went missing, Ms Oliver announced that she was pregnant with his child.

The girlfriend of missing airman Corrie Mckeague has given birth to their baby, it has been confirmed.April Oliver announced the news via her Facebook page on Sunday, which was also Father's Day.
