The couple, who were first romantically linked earlier in the summer, sparked speculation this week that they were engaged after Meeks, a convicted felon, shared a video of the couple on his social media account.
In the footage, the couple put on a PDA as they enjoyed a day out in Nobu, Malibu. Green, 26, can then be seen wearing a large diamond ring on her ring finger before she appears to move her hand quickly out of the shot. The couple then smirk at the camera.
However, following intense speculation of the pair's romance, a representative for Miss Green has denied that they are engaged.
In a statement to the MailOnline, they said of the images: "Chloe is not engaged."
Chloe and Jeremy, 33, were first spotted kissing in June when they were both on a yacht in Turkey. The couple were quickly criticised by many after it was revealed that Jeremy was still married to mum-of-three Melissa Meeks. It is not clear if Melissa knew of her husband's relationship with Chloe at the time.
In July, Jeremy filed for legal separation from his wife of eight years, with whom he shares her youngest son.
