Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are set to welcome their third child together.
According to reports on Wednesday, the couple will welcome a baby girl early next year via surrogate.
The news comes after the reality television star admitted that she would like to add to her family, but had been told by doctors that it would be too dangerous for her to fall pregnant again due to a condition she suffered from during her previous two pregnancies.
A source is quoted by People magazine as saying: "The entire family is over the moon. Kim had been looking for a surrogate for months until recently when she found the perfect candidate.
"They want everything to be perfect and for the baby to be extremely healthy. They don't want any complications and Kim is providing an ideal eating regimen and diet so everyone knows what the baby is consuming before it's born."
Kardashian, 36, and 40-year-old West have been married since 2014. They are already parents to four-year-old daughter North, and a son, Saint, who is almost two.
