In a new interview with The Sun newspaper, the 72-year-old has voiced her disappointment over the potential suitors she was shown on the app.
She said: "I don't want to date someone bald and with a moustache. It is slim pickings out there! I would rename Tinder 'desperate'.
"I have one particular pair of glasses, they are my red glasses and I can pull in them. I promise you. You need to get red glasses to pull."
Robinson, who has been divorced twice, entered the world of online dating when she set up a Tinder profile on Monday night's BBC documentary Britain's Relationship Secrets.
On the app, she quickly dismissed anyone holding an alcoholic beverage in their profile photo, as she has previously had a well-documented battle with alcohol and is now teetotal.
Looking at one profile, she claimed: "This is Gary who's a freelance actor. I don't think that would bring in a big income."
However, she did look at a man working in finance, commenting: "Quick, I want to go back to the 60-year-old who's got a job in banking. I just want a Tinder that's CEOs and upwards."
