Earlier this month, the TOWIE star said that the incident occurred in 2014, just hours before she was due to fly to Australia to take part in reality TV show, 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!'.
The 36-year-old has now shared images of the alleged attack on social media. In one picture, Collins has cut on her hand, while another shows a blood-stained scalp. A smashed window was also clear to see in a third photograph.
The reality star said she decided to share her story in the hopes that it will encourage other victims of domestic violence to go to the police.
Her former partner has denied the allegations against him.
