The New York Post's Page Six recently published an image of the actress kissing another man as they had lunch together at LA's Sweet Butter café. In the pictures, Gina is not thought to be wearing her wedding ring.
The 48-year-old previously alluded to troubles in her personal life when she quit the television show Suits. At the time, she cited personal reasons for leaving.
Gina and Laurence, 56, married in 2002 and have one child together, 10-year-old daughter Delilah.
