The couple, who have been together for five years, met on the fantasy show and announced their engagement last month in a notice placed in The Times newspaper.
Appearing on The Jonathan Ross Show, which airs this weekend on ITV, the 30-year-old actor has now discussed his ideas for their wedding, admitting that he would like the Game Of Thrones cast to be present at the pair's big day.
He told the host that following his engagement, he got in touch with the show's producer who manages the filming schedules and said: "I rang him up and I said, 'I'm getting married and it's your fault actually'. I was like, 'You need to factor in a Game Of Thrones wedding by the way'.
"They [the cast] have all got to be there so the whole thing has got to shut down."
However, when he was asked if the couple would be having a GOT-themed wedding, he replied: "No. There is absolutely no chance of me convincing her of that."
