The model took to Instagram to share the couple's happy news.
Alongside an image of the diamond engagement ring, the 25-year-old wrote: "I say YES. Thank you everyone for all the lovely messages and congratulations I've received.
"We are far from perfect. We have had hard times and good times but there is no one else I'd rather share my life with than my husband to be Jamie O'Hara, my soulmate (sic)."
Tierney and O'Hara, 31, have dated on-and-off over the course of their relationship. Earlier this year, the couple were said to have separated following a series of arguments. At the time, it was claimed that Tierney did not want to deal with "all the drama" that comes with Jamie and that she wanted to now concentrate on her young daughter and family.
