Naya Rivera has filed for divorce from her husband Ryan Dorsey.
The move comes just 10 days after the actress was arrested for domestic battery against her partner.
According to TMZ, the 30-year-old has cited irreconcilable differences in her filing.
She is also asking for joint custody of their son Josey and wants the court to deny spousal support for both parties.
Naya and Ryan, who have a two-year-old son together, tied the knot in July 2014, just three months after the actress ended her engagement to rapper Big Sean.
