The news was initially revealed by her older sister Kim, before Khloe herself took to Twitter to confirm the details.
On Sunday night, as the Kardashian family were live-tweeting alongside the latest episode of their reality television show, Khloe wrote: "I want to tweet my commentary but I don't want to ruin the episode for anybody else who hasn't seen it yet LOL."
However, as the episode aired, her sister took to social media to reveal: "OMG @khloekardashian & @RealTristan13 are having a girl!!!!!"
The tweet was quickly deleted but not before it was spotted by a number of fans.
Khloe later confirmed the news and said: "I am now so excited my daughter will have forever best friends with [nieces] Chicago and Stormi!! God is great!!! Thank you Lord for our princess."
This will be Khloe's first child with her boyfriend Tristan Thompson. The couple have been dating since 2016.
