She is currently pregnant with her first child with football manager husband Frank. He already has two daughters from a previous relationship.
Speaking to Dr Hilary on ITV's Lorraine show, she said: "It's one of those things.
"Of course you want to, and to do it to the best of your ability.
"But some mums really struggle with it and your baby has to be fed.
"I'm in the middle (with the decision) and will do what I need to do."
Christine is sue to give birth in September.
