The actress expressed her delight on Twitter after her husband Jon McEwan's daughter Danielle gave birth to a baby boy on Thursday, 13 September.
She wrote: "Ooh became a Grandma again. Beautiful little boy born at 2.22 am. 7lb 15oz. Gorgeous boy! Name coming later. Well done Danielle xxxx (sic)".
She also shared a picture of her new grandson, with plans in place to meet him on Monday, 17 September.
Beverly has daughter Rebecca, 43, and son Joshua, 29, from previous relationships.
