The couple already have Amelia, four, and 22-month-old son Theodore together.
In an interview with OK! magazine, the singer revealed his wife "melts" at the idea of having another baby.
He said: "Emily does melt at the thought of having another child. She's such a good mum.
"When we're all here in the house there are so many joyous moments, so it might be nice to add another child into the mix."
Qualified doctor Emily is also a stepmother to Peter's other children Junior, 13, and Princess, 11, whom he has with ex-wife Katie Price.
He added: "Emily's a great mum and a great step mum. She's a very calming influence on everyone. We have a harmonious home. Look, nothing's perfect and there are tough times in life, but it's how you deal with it that counts. Things can be pretty hardcore but you just have to deal with things..."
