The comedian and Great British Bake Off presenter said: "She is very beautiful and she blows my mind about a hundred times a day."
His comments were shortly followed, however, by a mention of the downside of being a new parent.
"It's a new level of tiredness that I've never experienced. I've done a lot of all-nighters in my life. In a way I've been in training for this moment all my life."
Noel discussed his daughter's birth on The Jonathon Ross Show which aired on Saturday 29 September, where he was accompanied by Bake Off judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith.
He is rumoured to have been with Radio X presenter girlfriend Lliana for around eight years, despite keeping their relationship under wraps.
