According to People.com, the 41-year-old actor is keen to take things to the next level and has been chatting with friends about the idea of wedding bells.
A source told the American magazine: "Orlando doesn't have a ring yet but has been talking about the future. Everyone would be excited if they got engaged. Katy is wonderful!"
If a wedding is planned, it won't be the first time for either of the celebrity pair. Singer Katy wed comedian Russell Brand in 2010 and stayed married for two years, while Orlando was married to Miranda Kerr from 2010 until 2013. Orlando and Miranda also have a seven-year-old son named Flynn together.
Despite their failed marriages, both Katy and Orlando reportedly remain keen to solidify their relationship.
The source also said: "He always said he would absolutely get married again, and it seems Katy could be it. They both seem very happy."
They originally got together in 2016 but called it quits due to their busy schedules in early 2017, before sparking romance together again earlier this year and making their red carpet debut.
