Prince Harry and his wife are in Australia as part of their royal tour, and hit Sydney's Bondi Beach this week, when Meghan told Charlotte Waverly of her pregnancy woes.
Charlotte told the Daily Mail newspaper: "Meghan told me that pregnancy was like having jet lag. She said she was up at 4.30am this morning doing yoga in her room as she couldn't sleep.
"It's a bit of a double whammy for her, as she has both the baby and the jet lag to contend with.
"We talked about how you feel jet lagged even though you have not travelled anywhere."
The royal pair met a group practicing yoga on the beach and Meghan said the activity was her "leveller" and what keeps her "grounded".
