Dina told an Australian radio show that while living in Dubai, Lindsay has met a new man.
"She's sort of seeing somebody new. She loves it, she's in Dubai," the 56-year-old revealed.
Although she said he is from Switzerland, Dina wouldn't reveal any other details about her daughter's new beau.
"I don't want to talk too much about it because she'll kill me! She's a very independent girl."
Lindsay and her mum haven't always seen eye-to-eye, but have patched things up in recent years.
