The 21-year-old reality star welcomed the baby with her boyfriend Travis Scott in February and has said she struggled with "body shamers" since the birth.
Speaking in a preview clip for Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kylie said: "Nothing in my closet fits me. I'm getting rid of stuff that I just feel like is never going to fit me. I know I'm not going to fit into a size 25 jean ever again.
"I'm just feeling a little insecure. I feel like my hips have just spread."
The star also said she feels as though some critics just don't understand the natural body changes that come with motherhood, and would rather shame her for gaining weight instead.
Despite this, Kylie is rumoured to soon go through the changes of pregnancy once again as she wants to give baby Stormi a sibling as soon as possible.
