Snoop Dogg Thanks Himself In Walk Of Fame Speech

Snoop Dogg received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Monday 19 November, and paid tribute to himself in his acceptance speech.

Amongst others, the 47-year-old actor thanked his parents, his wife Shante, and talk-show host Jimmy Kimmel, before praising himself.


"Last but not least, I want to thank me for believing in me," he said.

"I want to thank me for doing all this hard work, I want to thank me for having no days off, I want to thank me for never quitting, I want to thank me for always being a giver."

The star insisted that he received the accolade due to his hard work and "doing all the right things" to be regarded favourably, while his friend Pharrell Williams listened in the audience.
