The actress dabbled in the world of online dating before it was "cool", but attempted to meet up with a romantic interest and cut the date short when they saw each other walking to the venue.
Speaking to Busy Phillips on Busy Tonight, she said: "I have not been ghosted, but there was this guy I agreed to meet, and I think we exchanged one or two pictures.
"And we're like, OK, we'll meet at this bar, at this time. And so literally I parked my car, and we see each other, and we both veer off.
"We didn't need to waste time, we already figured it out. Energetically it was not right for me."
The This Is Us actress hopefully won't need to return to the dating scene again, as she has recently sparked a new relationship with 25-year-old composer Hal Rosenfeld.
"I now have a boyfriend, so no more online dating," she quipped.
