Celine Dion Insists She Is Single

Celine Dion has been accompanied everywhere for the past two years by dancer Pepe Munoz, but insists that she's still single and he's her "best friend".

The singer's beloved husband Rene Angelil passed away in 2016 and her friendship with the dancer has grown ever since.


"We bonded right away, we had a good time, it evolved," she told The Sun.

"But when people started taking pictures and it was like, 'Who's that guy?'…Let's not mix everything.

"We're best friends. Of course we hug and hold hands and go out, so people see that. I mean, he's a gentleman. He's giving me his hand to go out."

When asked if she's single, Celine confirmed: "I am."

But the mother of two added that she doesn't mind so much about the speculation, because "he's handsome and he's my best friend".
