Tennis Star Rafael Nadal Is Engaged

Rafael Nadal is reportedly engaged to his long-term partner Mery Perelló after 14 years together.

The 32-year-old tennis star is set to tie the knot in Mallorca later this year, according to Hello! magazine.

The couple is believed to have kept their wedding plans under wraps for eight months, after Rafa proposed during a trip to Rome in May 2018.


The Spanish athlete is currently ranked No.2 in the world in men's singles tennis, and has previously opened up about his dreams of becoming a father.

"Obviously, I have the intention of forming a family," he previously told Hello!

"I love children and I would like my children to do what they like."

The star lost out to Novak Djokovic just days ago in the finals of the 2019 Australian Open.
