The 'Kick Ass' star is thrilled at the pair's romance after growing up with the singer's new husband as one of her closest friends.
Speaking on The Talk, Chloe said: "I had known Daryl since I was about 17 ... and he was one of my best friends ever and I had just recently met Meghan and she was like, 'I'm just looking for a good guy' and I was like, 'Well, I think I have the match - and he was in Spy Kids'. I set them up and they literally fell in love, I think, the first time they met and I was so happy to see it. And now they're married!"
The acting pair wed in the back garden of their Los Angeles home in December, in a romantic ceremony on Meghan's 25th birthday.
Speaking of the vows, Meghan said: "It's the beginning of an awesome, whole new life. I got way more than I ever wished for."
While Daryl added: "I'm the luckiest guy in the world."
