The former singer and television personality took to Instagram to allow fans a glimpse of their special day, writing: "Four years ago today we became husband and wife. It's impossible to love you anymore for too many reasons. Happy 4th anniversary beautiful Emily.
"Thanks to all our friends and family that were there and continue to be there for us. You mean everything to us. Also for those close to us, relatives and friends and most importantly my brother Andrew who couldn’t be with us, we love you so much."
The pair's 2015 nuptials were originally covered exclusively by OK! Magazine, with the groom telling the publication at the time: "Seeing Emily for the first time in her dress was incredible – she took my breath away.
"She's the most beautiful bride I've ever seen – I couldn't help but well up!"
