The couple are already parents to son Freddie, 19 months, but hope to expand their family in the near future, according to a recent interview with OK! magazine.
"We'd like a big family," 29-year-old Cara said.
"We want two close together and then we'll wait until they've gone to school and then have a third.
"If we have another boy we would try for a third and then hopefully have a girl."
While Nathan added: "I'd be happy with a boy and a girl but if Cara wants a third, I will have a third!"
And the recent bride and groom have even been browsing names for their much sought after baby girl. Nathan said: "I like the name Mila for a girl. Mila Massey sounds like a Hollywood star!"
The pair got engaged last year after meeting in 2016 on the second series of the ITV2 show, and tied the knot last month in Canterbury in front of their closest family and friends.
