As reported by E! News, an insider revealed: "Bella and Abel have split. They are in different places right now, physically and mentally. Bella is prepping for her fashion week commitments and Abel is working on his music and his upcoming acting debut."
The long-distance relationship saw the couple travel between the 29-year-old singer's LA home and New York where Bella, 22, is based.
All hope is not lost for fans of the pair, however, due to their history of breaking up and making up. The source added: "They hope to get back together at one point but for now are focusing on themselves and their projects."
