The pair have recently taken steps to repair their bond and now have a "really good" relationship, according to the 'Beverly Hills, 90210' star.
Asked about the situation while appearing on 'Watch What Happens Live', Tori responded: "It's good, really good right now."
The actress is pleased that her children, Liam, 12, Stella, 11, Hattie, seven, Finn, six, and two-year-old Beau can now spend time and form their own bonds with their grandmother. Tori said the five youngsters particularly love Candi's extravagant house: "My kids, the first time they saw it, they were like, 'Grandma lives in a hotel!' Yeah, it's huge," she commented.
The author previously admitted to having a playroom built into her $47 million apartment in the hope that her grandchildren could one day enjoy it.
