The footballer has agreed to become a coach at Derby County, leaving the USA where he played at Washington's DC United.
According to sources, the prospect of having her husband at home full-time has thrilled the original Wag and ignited hopes of another baby.
As reported in The Sun, a friend of Coleen's revealed that she "loves being a mum ahead of everything else" and "feels the family could expand further" with a return to the UK.
A source told the publication: "It wasn't feasible in the US but when they return, another baby is a definite possibility.
"She has always felt that whatever Wayne has put her through in their marriage he is a great dad, and being good parents together is their strongest asset."
Wayne and Coleen, who celebrated their 11th wedding anniversary this week, share sons Kit, Klay, Kai and Cass.
