The star seems to be calling time on the relationship after accusing her rapper spouse of leaving her "stranded" in Las Vegas with her daughter Melody, aged 17.
The incident, which is understood to have happened after the BET Soul Train awards earlier this week, sparked a public fallout between the pair.
The 'Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood' star, who is eight months pregnant, later shared a cryptic Twitter post that added further fuel to the speculation.
She tweeted: "Time to let go."
Neither of the pair have confirmed the split as yet, however Ray J did block his wife from viewing his Instagram account.
