The star will begin the month of December by reading at the mothers2mothers Carols by Candlelight concert, an event she can't wait to be involved with.
Speaking of the charitable cause, Sophie said: "What do I love about Christmas? It has to be the family time and getting to hear my favourite Christmas song, Christmas Wrapping by The Waitresses. I am so excited for the mothers2mothers Carols by Candlelight because it's such a beautiful event and will get me in the Christmas spirit, all for a good cause. I think the mothers2mothers model is pretty genius ... empowering women affected by HIV to help other women lead healthier lives. And, it works!"
