The 'Coronation Street' star welcomed her first child, Franklin Wolf Silver, on 30 November.
Julia revealed the happy news on Instagram with a picture of herself and Ben walking in a park on her due date when she was in early labour.
She captioned the image: "Thank you to the lovely couple in the park who took this picture for us: Taken as I was in early labour on my due date.
"The next day Ben and I welcomed our baby son into the world. Franklin Wolf Silver born on 30/11/19.
"He's changed our lives for the better in every way. I feel like I've known him my whole life."
The couple decided not to find out the gender of their baby until he arrived, despite being tempted to find out at the 20 week-scan.
