The star is said to be "taking interviews" for potential suitors after finalising her divorce from Kevin Hunter.
Sources close to the 55 year-old also revealed she has been "enjoying the dating scene" since their split last year.
An insider told TMZ: "Wendy's always taking interviews for potential suitors and has criteria for them. For example, they don't have to be millionaires, but they better treat her in a manner she's accustomed ... so no cheap dinners or gifts."
Wendy is believed to have a list of requirements for her ideal man, including no one with young children and no serious relationships for now.
Despite this, the 'Wendy Williams Show' star did admit she would love to marry again.
Asked if she was open to the idea, she responded: "Yes! With a good old, one-age prenup, one paragraph. Maybe two sentences: 'What's yours is yours, what's mine is mine. What we earn during our marriage is yours and mine, and I don't wanna live with you.'"
