Reflecting on their four-year union that ended in 2006, the 'Dukes of Hazard' star revealed that she took offence when Nick requested the legal document as she was convinced their marriage would last.
"I wish I would have signed a pre-nup," she admitted. "That's the funny thing: Nick wanted me to sign a pre-nup and I was so offended.
"I'm like, 'But we're going to be together for the rest of our lives. We're saying our vows to God and in front of all of our family and friends. This is never gonna end.' And we didn't sign a pre-nup."
The pair have each settled with new spouses and have since lost touch with one another, the 39 year-old told 'The Dr. Oz Show'.
