The 'Sex And The City' actor announced the arrival of their son via Instagram.
A proud father-of-two, he told fans they have chosen to name the tot Keats, after the famous poet John Keats.
Alongside the first picture of the newborn, he quoted the romantic literary legend's 1818 poem 'Endymion', writing: "Down from the heavens comes our second son- Keats! A thing of beauty is a joy forever."
Chris and Tara are already parents to son Orion, aged 12.
