The bride-to-be took to social media to pay tribute to Paul Michael in the wake of their recent engagement.
In the video clip, the bride-to-be said: "Hey everyone, this is Paul, my fiancé. I'm so lucky. As you can see, he's drop-dead gorgeous. And, he's also the best person on the face of the Earth."
Amanda shared some of her journey with Paul and admitted that they have each been sober for more than one year now.
Apologising to various people she may have previously offended on social media, she said: "I just wanted to post a video to say sorry to everybody who I called ugly on Twitter. I was feeling so ugly at the time and it was really hard for me to express myself at the time because I was so drugged out.
"I've remained sober for over a year - same with Paul - and I just want to let you know that I love you guys and I'm so happy now. I feel like I got what's mine and that is Paul."
