The 41 year-old mother of two has daughters Azura, two, and Anaya, six months with her husband Auka Ononye, and admits she is wary of leaving it too late to have a third.
Appearing on ITV's 'Loose Women', the former popstar said: "I try not to look at it like that, but I'd be lying if I didn't say it's something that I think about.
"Especially when I think about potentially having another baby - I do think I don't know if I want to be too old before I have another."
Alesha says her eldest daughter is undecided on whether she wants another sibling.
"Some days she says no, and then other days she says, 'Yes, time for a brother now'," the TV star recalled.
"Another one! I'm like, alright, let's focus on this one, shall we?"
Azura has adjusted to life as a big sister well, although did once admit to her mum that she sometimes misses being an only child.
