They announced the pregnancy in an exclusive shoot with New magazine, sharing on social media: "We are so excited to let you know our very nappy news in the latest @new_magazine Buy the magazine to read the full story #newarrival #babynews #readallaboutit #newmagazine."
Cara and Nathan said their vows last year and have been open about their plans to expand their brood.
Speaking in July, the newly-weds said: "We'd like a big family.
"We want two close together and then we'll wait until they've gone to school and then have a third.
"If we have another boy we would try for a third and then hopefully have a girl."
Nathan added: "I'd be happy with a boy and a girl but if Cara wants a third, I will have a third!"
