The pair announced the happy news in HELLO! Magazine this week following a romantic proposal in Walt Disney World.
Self-confessed "Disney geek" Louise, who shares two year-old daughter Pearl with her husband-to-be, said: "I knew it was on the cards for us at some point, but I didn't see this coming at all. Liam smashed it."
The 34 year-old is also mum to Darcy, aged eight, from a previous relationship. She says her eldest daughter is over the moon about the upcoming wedding.
"Pearl is too young to understand but Darcy is so happy. When she found out she gave me a big cuddle and said: 'Oh Mummy, I'm going to be a bridesmaid'."
Liam got down on one knee during a rare private moment on the holiday, which Louise had organised for her wider family circle.
"I decided to propose on the holiday as soon as Louise had booked it; it's her favourite place in the world," he explained. "Darcy always used to say to me: 'You should propose to my mummy at Disney World.'"
Liam decided to hide the stunning gold engagement rings inside a box which he convinced the bride-to-be was full of cinnamon buns.
