The comedian filed for divorce from her husband in December, two months after confirming they had gone their separate ways.
The couple had been married for eight years.
According to TMZ, the legal split has now been agreed and will be finalised on 21 June.
Addressing the divorce in a previous interview, the 50 year-old said they took the decision after their love "transitioned into a very different type".
She said: "It was just a part of our lives that we are in, because we are really great friends who still love each other. The love has just transitioned into a different type, and so we just said, 'Let's let the world catch up to where we have already been', because by the time you get it, the news is real old in our lives."
