The name fusion came from a late night discussion over a strong Americano while we were thrashing out ideas for the menu. Jennifer Turner our Head Chef, having worked under chef Michelle Roux was explaining her recipes and the fusion of her specially chosen ingredients. Her Mediterranean modern twist on the menu is refreshing and exciting to say the least.

EventsFusion is the perfect venue for hosting any event or party. Whether you require the entire restaurant or simply want to make your way up the stairs to the mezzanine floor and you will find yourself in our Private area. The private area can accommodate up to 20 people seated or up to 30 people for a drinks/canapé reception. Fully air-conditioned and with subtle natural light and its own facilities.
